Theatre Fellowship Presents Matthew Barber’s ‘Enchanted April’
The Theatre Fellowship of Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church presents its 2017 spring production, Enchanted April. Matthew Barber's 2003 comedy plays for 10 performances, closing Sunday, March 26.

Based on the 1922 novel by Elizabeth von Arnim, Enchanted April is the charming story of four women's rediscovery of self, love and fulfillment as they leave postwar London for a glorious, spontaneous Italian adventure. Barber's stage production premiered on Broadway in 2003 and was nominated for a Tony Award for best play. The novel also inspired a 1992 film starring Joan Plowright and Miranda Richardson.
The Theatre Fellowship production is directed by Doug Paulson with assistant director/dramaturg Victoria McNaughton. Linda Ferm produces, and Matt Roush is stage manager. The eight-member cast includes FAPC's Lydia Kalmen, Josie Lawrence, Janet Luhrs and Joscelyne Wilmouth.
