Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church has event and meeting spaces throughout the church house that may be used by outside groups and organizations. Spaces can accommodate groups as small as 10 to as many as 200 people.
There are two performance spaces: Kirkland Chapel and Jones Auditorium.
The narrow, rectangular Chapel, reminiscent of a small parish church, is an ideal venue for small ensembles and chamber music with its warm, intimate ambience and fine acoustics—features due in large part to its hard stone surfaces and lack of carpeting. The Chapel, in addition to housing a fine grand piano, is home to a small pipe organ built in 1970 by Austin Organs, Inc. of Hartford, Connecticut.
Jones Auditorium is a theater-style room with a hardwood stage, red-velvet curtains, lighting and a newly refurbished sound system. A“backstage” room is available for performances and productions.
Bonnell Hall is a large, banquet-style room that may be used for meetings, receptions, fundraisers or galas.
The LaDane Williamson Christian Education Center is a large, variable space that may be used as a meeting space for large meetings, but also has rooms for smaller break-out sessions or for smaller group meetings.
All events at FAPC are welcome to use our caterer – Roxo Events, Inc. – who will happily provide snacks, meals and refreshments while you’re here.
