In December 1942, under Dr. John Sutherland Bonnell's pastorate, a church member named Carl Banfield Nelson produced the very first issue of The VOICE. (The new publication replaced a church magazine called The Spire.) Since then, The VOICE has served as a monthly meeting place for the extended Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church family, across the United States and internationally. In each issue, we meet new friends, share the FAPC story, and explore our faith and its practice in the world today.
