Welcome to the Shelter Family! Thank you for your interest in volunteering your time at the Shelter. Because the Shelter is open every night of the year, it is definitely a program that depends on your help for its success. We truly couldn't stay open without you.

While the extent of your volunteering in the Shelter is flexible, most hosts find it best to volunteer once a month or more as this enables you and the guests to get to know one another and that is the real joy of volunteering!

Early Evening Hosts: 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm
Overnight Hosts: 8:30 pm to 6:30 am
Food Hosts: Anytime

Here's how to sign up:
To see if a Host Position is available on a particular evening, click that date on the calendar. A pop-up window will let you know if the Host Position is available. Close the window and then scroll down on this Calendar Sign-Up page and enter your name and your selection.
