Spiritual practice has been part of the Christian tradition for centuries. They are particularly helpful during seasons of preparation, such as Lent and Advent. They are also of enormous value in times like these, when we are disconnected from one another, and fears and anxieties are surging. We encourage you to take advantage of the four spiritual disciplines available to you online.
