Creating a Wellness Toolbox

Jenna Tine describes the Wellness Toolbox—a listing of things you have done in the past, or could do, to help yourself stay well, and things you could do to help yourself feel better when you are not doing well. This session addresses common mental health symptoms and encourages participants to create their own Wellness Toolbox. The Bridge (a Fifth Avenue mission partner) provides a range of medical, mental health and related services to vulnerable populations in New York City.
