Family Ministries
Sunday Mornings
Family Ministries offers youth and children's programming each Sunday during the program year in an effort to nurture healthy children and strong, faithful families.

The following Family Ministries programs are offered on Sundays from September through May.
Little Lambs • 9:30 am
From 9:30 am to 12:30 pm each Sunday, our nursery is staffed with professional childcare workers who foster a caring and fun environment for the youngest ones in our congregation. Little Lambs is dedicated to providing a nurturing, faith-based environment for our infants and toddlers. Through story, song, and play, they learn the most foundational truth of all: I am loved.
Sunday School • 9:30 am
All children in preschool through fifth grade are invited to join us in the LaDane Williamson Christian Education Center and discover their place in God’s story. This winter and spring, we will explore what it means to practice generosity, make peace and honor Sabbath through story, music, crafts and games!
Led by Dr. Eugenia Yau and her talented children’s music staff, our Children’s Choir meets weekly to experience God’s love through music. Choristers learn to read music, develop good singing habits and appreciate the many styles of sacred repertoire. Our Children’s Choir regularly sings in worship and presents the Christmas Pageant in December. Children in preschool through fifth grade are invited to join us for weekly rehearsals Sundays at 10:15 am from September through May.
Children’s Church • 11:15 am
All children in preschool through second grade leave the Sanctuary following the Litany of Parting for their own time of worship in Kirkland Chapel and the Christian Education Center. Using the Godly Play model, children sing, hear God’s stories, and reflect on what they’ve learned.
