Through weekly gatherings, fellowship and special events, our youth engage the hard questions of life and faith, and get involved in serving the community and being part of church life.
During our Sunday morning Youth Group meeting, we share our roses and thorns (highs and lows) of the week, and discuss Biblical texts and life topics that lead us to consider what it means to follow Christ as a teenager. Youth in grades 6-12 are welcome to join. To sign up, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Beyond Sunday mornings, our youth ministry also offers:
- Last Fridays. On the last Friday of each month we get together in the Christian Education Center for dinner, games and Bible study.
- Special Events. Our calendar includes overnighters at the church, as well as retreats, a night at an Escape Room, and other outings.
- Annual Service Events. Our youth lead the Souper Bowl of Caring, an event that raises awareness and direct resources toward alleviating hunger.
