Join us for a collaborative Zoom presentation on Ministry of Hope, Lesotho with Forest Lake Presbyterian Church in Columbia, South Carolina. Founded in 2009, Ministry of Hope is a southern African home for infants, children and youth in Maseru, Lesotho.

In February 2020, a mission trip team from Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church in New York and Forest Lake Presbyterian Church in Columbia, South Carolina, spent 10 days visiting the children and caregivers at Ministry of Hope Lesotho. While the mission trip was underway, the rest of the world began shutting down, as Covid-19 began its rapid spread. In this collaborative webinar, participants from both congregations will recount their experience at Ministry of Hope Lesotho. We will also hear from co-founders Nancy Dimmock and Mamonyane Mohale about the work of the ministry in its first decade, and how it is providing for 27 children and youth throughout the pandemic.
