Charles Atkins, a chaplain at the Garden State Youth Correctional Facility and former chair of the Justice Ministries Committee of the Presbytery of New York City; Clinton Washington, client advocate at Bronx Freedom Fund, a nonprofit organization that works to dismantle the cash bail system and promote decarceration; and Clifford Skeene, who will share his personal journey of incarceration and reentry.
