The Loving God invites us into the ministry of space creation. A space that is inviting, safe and inclusive is at the heart of God. That’s what I desire to do: faithfully contribute to creating and maintaining a sacred space for Christ to work. That is the ministry I am honored to do as the executive pastor at Fifth Avenue. As I live out my call, I have the privilege to do it as a husband to Jennifer, the best gift to me from God, and as the “okay-est” dad to Avery and Harvey. I recently discovered a passion for gardening – although, in the truest sense, it would be more accurately called “weeding.” Although I have yet to plant seeds, I immensely enjoy digging out the roots of bindweed!
